on Monday, entered into force amendments to the law No. 48 “On land use in Moscow”, said the portal of the mayor and government capital.

“the Owners of permanent structures will be able to pay only half the price to buy land,” said Deputy mayor for economic policy and property and land relations Vladimir Yefimov.
