“Is that calculated by the Ministry of transport together with the airlines. Now there is a very difficult discussion with the financial and economic bloc of the government, because it is difficult to determine how to consider losses. From our point of view, for example, losses from the fact that aircraft are due to the fact that the flights stopped suddenly,” said Deputy Minister of transport Alexander Yurchik.
According to him, the Ministry of Finance is looking at the situation differently. In particular, representatives of the departments do not consider a simple aircraft as a loss and offer to transfer the aircraft for other flights. This measure is possible, but now the flights are in demand is less than in summer, in addition there are legal and technical difficulties.
