the state Duma adopted amendments to the Code about administrative offences (KoAP), establishing fines for non-infected citizens to 300 thousand rubles for violation of the quarantine, reports TASS.
If a citizen has violated the quarantine regime in terms of the threat of the spread of the disease, he faces a fine of from 15 to 40 thousand rubles, if an officer, from 50 to 150 thousand rubles, if a legal person – from 200 to 500 thousand rubles or administrative suspension of activity for up to 30 days.
If the specified violations resulted in harm to human health or human death, but do not contain evidence of a crime, the penalties will be for citizens from 150 to 300 thousand roubles, for officials – from 300 to 500 thousand rubles, for legal entities – from 500 thousand to 1 million rubles or administrative suspension of activity for up to 90 days.
