the service Administration emphasized that the company is not registered in the register of organisers of dissemination of information of Roskomnadzor. So she has the right to refuse to give the FSB the contents of the correspondence, calls and other user actions.
“We will not comply with requests from any authorities other than the authorities of the Netherlands. If we receive a request from any foreign government, we refuse to implement it”, – stressed in Startmail.
Earlier, Russia’s FSB reported the lock was in the Netherlands of the resource, which since the end of last year there were thousands of false reports of mining of various objects in Russia. Representatives of the service have not provided details on the persons that administer relevant mailboxes.
