Deputy Chairman of the Russian security Council, Dmitry Medvedev commented on the situation with the spread of the coronavirus. In particular, he noted that the pandemic is not the script of a Hollywood movie.
In his official account on social network “Vkontakte” Medvedev has urged people to take responsibility for the situation.
“Now it may seem that taking place – some game, a movie, like that of a Hollywood Thriller. But this is not a game. Over half a million people in the world got sick. Unfortunately, what is happening now is a real threat to each of us and all of human civilization”, – Medvedev wrote.
He stressed that the country has taken all necessary measures to fight infection, so the reason for panic.
Medvedev added that Russian President Vladimir Putin also asked the citizens about the maximum of responsibility for themselves, relatives and friends.
