it is Reported that the Ministry prepared a draft Federal law “On amendments to article 4 of the Federal law “On circulation of medicines”, which aims to clarify the definition of “counterfeit medicines”.
“this term is proposed to mean a medicinal product with false information, including that contained in the forged documents, on its composition and (or) the manufacturer or to enter into civil circulation and (or) on its public circulation”, – have informed in a press-service of the Ministry of health.
the bill aims to prevent the trafficking of counterfeit products. All this is intended to ensure getting on the shelves of high-quality medicines.
