Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has appointed Minister of Finance Sergei Marchenko. He previously held the post of Deputy head of the administration of former President Peter Poroshenko. The decision at the extraordinary session of Parliament supported 256 deputies at the required minimum of 226 votes.
in addition, the Minister of health appointed the former head of the Odessa regional state administration Maxim Stepanov. The decision on the extraordinary meeting was supported by 246 deputies.
Earlier, Parliament dismissed Ihor Umansky as head of the Ministry of Finance. And the Parliament dismissed Ilya Yemets from the post of head of the Ministry of health.
