With the organizers of uncoordinated actions that took place in the capital on August 3, Lyubov Sobol, and George Alborov Simonovsky district court ordered 311 thousand rubles at the suit of the metro. About it reports Agency “Moscow” with reference to the press service of the court.
“the Court satisfied the claim by Sable and Alborov, recovered from them 311 thousand rubles”, – said the Agency interlocutor.
Previously, the Mosgortrans has filed a lawsuit against the organizers of uncoordinated action in Moscow, the claim was received on August 16. The shipping company insisted on indemnification in the amount of about 13 million rubles.
In early autumn, the koptevskiy district court of Moscow satisfied the claim of the Mosgortrans. The decision of the court the defendants agreed to collect 1 million 218 thousand 591 ruble.
