the Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin said that the Cabinet has approved amendments to the Code of administrative offences concerning strengthening responsibility for violation of the quarantine.
he Also instructed the heads of regions to consider the possibility of imposing travel restrictions previously adopted in Moscow and Moscow region.
Mishustin stressed that currently the main task is to minimize the spread of the virus. He noted that authorities should “proactively”.
Earlier support changes in the administrative code and expressed in the Russian state Duma Committee on state construction and legislation. The amendments introduce a system of penalties for violation of quarantine in the spread of coronavirus.
In particular, behavior, which can lead to dangerous consequences for other citizens, will be punished with penalties from 15 to 40 thousand rubles. For officials the penalty will make from 50 to 150 thousand rubles, for legal entities – from 200 to 300 thousand rubles.
If the violation of the isolation entail not only infection, but also the death of another person, then the citizens will have to pay from 150 to 300 thousand rubles, officials – from 300 to 500, legal entities – from 500 to 1 million rubles.
the Initiative on introduction of amendments have made the Cabinet. Earlier Mishustin said that it is necessary to stop frivolous attitude to the safety of others and their own health.
