In Mother’s Day edition
In a new episode of Facebook’s web talk show “Red Table Talk” with Jada Pinkett-Smith (48, “Angel Has Fallen”), mothers who fight the coronavirus at the forefront were honored with surprises. One of these surprises was Sandra Bullock (55, “Even is the bride”), who even brought her daughter Laila (8) in front of the webcam at home.
Bullock thanked an employee of a Los Angeles hospital who was also involved. “April, thanks for – I try to say that without crying – everything you do because we can stay at home with our families while you do this hard, hard, hard work out there.” There is no table prayer, on which her family doesn’t thank April for that.
“I bow to you and your family, thank you,” said the actress, who understands that April as a mother must be scared of the current situation. “We are just so thankful for you and everyone who does what you do.” Then Bullock brought a particularly sweet surprise in front of the camera – her daughter Laila, who otherwise keeps her out of the public eye as best as possible. “Thanks April for doing everything for everyone,” said Laila.
Sandra Bullock, along with daughter Laila, son Louis (10) and her partner, photographer Bryan Randall (54), had previously donated 6,000 protective masks to hospitals in Los Angeles.
