Composer and producer Igor Krutoy said that to represent Russia at “Eurovision” will be singer Alexander Panayotov.
On the question of the final decision, he said he thinks “the First channel” “decided on Panayotova”. “Ninety percent, I think,” said Cool RIA Novosti.
Panayotov was born in 1984 in Zaporizhia, and studied at the Kiev national University of culture and arts. He participated in the TV project “Popstars”, “people’s artist” and “the Voice.”
