According to him, the end of the week, the authorities may already have the desired information system. They will allow almost complete control over the movement of citizens and to engage in the prevention of violations.
the mayor added, the city government decided on the introduction of additional restrictive measures in terms of the spread of coronavirus infection for the reason that approximately 20% of residents actually ignored the appeals of isolation.
As said Sobyanin at a meeting of the Presidium of the coordination Council on combating the spread of COVID-19 on the territory of the Russian Federation, after consultation with the government of Russia has taken additional action on transfer to home mode and the self-isolation of all citizens.
