the Investigative Committee began preliminary examination after the discovery of the body of a newborn baby in a dumpster. The incident occurred in the South-East of the capital, reports the Agency “Moscow”.
“the Investigating authorities of the Main investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation in Moscow conducted preliminary examination on the fact of discovery of the body of a newborn baby,” said senior assistant head of the Department of the RF IC in the city Yulia Ivanova.
According to investigators, the baby’s body was discovered in the streets of Luhovitsky. At the moment, are the circumstances of the incident, a forensic medical examination.
In March 2024, the investigators initiated a preliminary inquiry into the discovery of the body of a newborn baby in the urban district of Elektrostal. The baby was wrapped in a package.
