the Ministry of economic development proposed to change the rules of compensation of losses to land owners and located on her property. About it reports RIA Novosti news Agency.
the bill placed on the portal of normative legal acts follows that the compensation will qualify tenants of agricultural land and production premises. The document was developed in accordance with the instructions of the government from November to December 2018 and November 2019.
as for compensation, it will be either money or property. The amount of damages in each case will be determined on the basis of data on the real damages and loss of profits.
the updated rules will prescribe additional terms, in which you can apply for reimbursement. Such factors include deterioration in the quality of land, restriction of rights of land owners, or the change of zones with special land use.
At the end of December 2019, the mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin said that the capital will increase the amount of compensation to the owners of garages. Condition for these payments will be the location of the garage in the area where is implemented the program of renovation.
