According to investigators, 32-year-old local resident proposed to his 37-year-old friend to kidnap a woman to possession of her apartment. Confederates were going to sell the apartment, and the money divided in half. For this, the accused decided to find a performer who’d kidnapped 65-year-old resident of the capital for a reward of one million rubles.
