Prince Charles, or his full name, His Royal Highness Charles Philip Arthur George, Prince of Wales and Duke of Cornwall, is the first born son of Queen Elizabeth II and her husband Prince Philip. Prince Charles received media attention through his marriage and marriage to Diana Spencer, better known as Princess Diana. Prince Charles is the father of Prince William and Prince Harry.
Early life
Prince Charles was born on November 14, 1948 in Buckingham Palace, the eldest son of Elizabeth II and Prince Philip in London. After his mother Elisabeth ascended the British throne in 1952, Charles became heir to the throne and Duke of Cornwall. Career

Since then, Prince Charles has regularly represented his mother, Queen Elizabeth II and thus the British royal family, in public. He is also the patron of countless organizations.
The marriage to Diana Spencer, which was closed to the general public in 1981, failed and was finally divorced in 1996 after a few scandals. Marriage to Diana gave birth to the children of Prince William (June 21, 1982) and Prince Harry (September 15, 1984). Diana died on August 31, 1997 after a tragic car accident in Paris.
On April 9, 2005, Prince Charles finally married his long-time lover and girlfriend Camilla Parker Bowles.
