Press Secretary of the Kremlin Dmitry Peskov denied the statement of the President of the United States Donald trump that Russian leader Vladimir Putin reportedly intends to ask him to lift the sanctions in connection with the situation with coronavirus.
Previously, the trump in a Fox News interview suggested that this topic will be one of the list for discussion during a telephone conversation on March 30. As reported in the Kremlin, the conversation took place at the initiative of Washington and included a discussion of the situation with the pandemic as well as the price of oil.
Sands, later answering a question of journalists about the statements trump about sanctions, said, “No, it isn’t.”
