Press Secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that Russia has offered Belarus a Union of countries, RIA Novosti reported.
Russian President Vladimir Putin has offered the head of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko complete blurring of the boundaries between the two countries, said Peskov in response to the question of disclosure of the proposals of the Russian side.

February 10, first Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus Dmitry Krutoy said that his country wanted to buy oil from Russia at a price of 83-85% of global oil prices. Earlier he said that the Belarusian oil refining companies will buy Russian oil at world market prices.
