Press Secretary of the President Dmitry Peskov confirmed that the meeting between Vladimir Putin and Alexander Lukashenko can be prepared for February 7.
“Actually it was preceded by the continuous contacts at the working level, they continue,” – quoted Peskov RIA Novosti.
the spokesman also noted that the meeting will be held in Russia. Earlier, Lukashenko said that on February 7 plans to meet with Putin.
on Saturday, February 1, the President of Belarus met with US Secretary of state Mike Pompeo. At the meeting Lukashenka joked that “we have a dictatorship is different because everybody is off on Saturday and Sunday, and the President works.”
