In the project “Active citizen” has started the vote, dedicated to training outdoors. Muscovites will have to answer two questions, according to the portal of the mayor and government of Moscow.
As noted in the answer to the first question, Muscovites will determine what I want to do with instructors.
“It could be a fitness charging (different types of exercises that do not require special preparation and training) or workshops on workout (training with the use of special equipment). You can select “none of the above” or “undecided”, and also transfer the right to decide this question the experts”, – stated in the message.
As stated in the article, the answer to the second question will need to specify the district in which the participant lives. The practice site will appear in all districts of the city.
Earlier it was reported that in the capital, has opened registration for the winter festival the all-Russian sports complex “Ready for labor and defense” (TRP).
It will be held at the Olympic center brothers Znamensky 1 Feb. At the festival visitors will be able to attend workshops and to pass the standards TRP. The program – running, long jump from place, body lifting, push-UPS, shooting of the electronic weapons and other exercises.
the Head of Department of development of sports of Center of Patriotic education and school sport Dennis Dolinsky said that the standards are developed by each person, that is, anyone can try their hand at any of the exercises. Dolinsky added that with each attempt, the athlete will become more stronger and healthier.
