Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree under which Deputy Minister of healthcare Dmitry Kostennikov leaving his post. As noted, this decision was made at the initiative of Kostennikov.
In the past Kostennikov held the position of Deputy Minister of justice, and before that was head of the International legal Department of the Federal service for control over drug trafficking.
