Christian picture book
Practice early: Emme Maribel Muñiz, the twelve-year-old daughter of pop diva Jennifer Lopez (50) and singer Marc Anthony (51), will soon launch her first book. The children’s book entitled “Lord Help Me” (in German: “Herr hilf mir”) is due to be released in the United States on September 29. According to the Random House publishing house, the “inspiring picture book” for children from three to seven years old should bring the power of “everyday evening prayer to life”.
According to the US website “Entertainment Tonight” , the book is said to have been inspired by a very special animal: sloths. “At school, we learned how sloths fight extermination every day. So I included her in my evening prayer, ”the young author is quoted as saying. “I wrote a book so that money could be collected to save the sloths.” It also helps other children learn how to pray and ask for help.
Mama Jennifer Lopez is – not surprisingly – very proud of her offspring. On Instagram, she posted a picture of her daughter holding a copy of her book. She writes: “I am so proud of Emme, my little coconut. She shares her prayers in her first, very first book. ”
It is not yet clear when the book will be available in Germany.
