the Moscow city Duma Deputies have received hundreds of complaints from residents about failure to comply with quarantine in the city. This was announced by the Chairman of city Parliament Alexey Shaposhnikov.
According to him, the Muscovites clearly angry at the behavior of some citizens. In particular, they are unhappy that they have to sit at home and follow the recommendations as “irresponsible citizens, risking other people’s lives, perceive the warning as an empty sound.”
Shaposhnikov added that the question of the responsibility of offenders to the deputies put the inhabitants of Moscow.
