Specialists of the fgbi “Moscow Canal” has begun to raise the water level to start the navigation. About it reports Agency “Moscow” with reference to the press service of the institution.
“For safe navigation is necessary to bring the levels in the Moscow basin to the design values by the beginning of navigation on April 24. The annual water discharge of 1.5 m is required for exploring the coastline and conduct in case of damage repair work”, – stated in the message.
As specified, from April 1 began to fill the Northern slope of the watershed reservoir and downstream channel. Specialists for these purposes has involved five pumping stations.
