For violation of regulations on ensuring of social distancing capital organizations will pay a penalty of up to 1 million rubles, reports the portal of the mayor and government of Moscow.
on 4 April, the mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin has ordered employers to provide for social distancing of employees and customers of companies. The distance between them should not be less than 1.5 m, under the additional measures taken in the capital from March 29.
In Moscow, introduced a system of fines, which corresponds to the earlier amendments in the Code about administrative offences. In case of violation of regulations on compliance with social distance individual entrepreneurs will have to pay a fine in the amount from 30 to 50 thousand rubles. With legal entities in such cases will be the recovery amount from 100 to 300 thousand rubles.
in addition, the fine will be from 500 thousand to 1 million roubles in case if the violation damages the property or health of a person. In addition, in this case, the possibility of sanctions against the violator in the form of administrative suspension of activity for up to 90 days.
Also, such penalties will be levied in case of mass events or any activities that require full-time presence of citizens. Recovery will be pursued with individuals for violating the ban on citizens visiting entertainment, leisure establishments as well as establishments.

Earlier, Moscow introduced a system of fines for violation of the regime of self-isolation. So, a citizen, convicted of misdemeanor, will have to pay 4 thousand rubles. A second violation is punishable by a penalty in the amount of 5 thousand ruBley.
