In Russia began to develop a bill which legislate the high status of the teacher, according to “Rossiyskaya Gazeta”.
Deputy Chairman of the Duma Committee on education and science Lyubov Dukhanina said that the draft law may include a provision on incentives for teachers. Among them may be the admission of the child in a kindergarten out of turn, as well as the possibility of a guaranteed record of the child in the same school where parents work.
Dukhanina said that the purpose of the authors of the bill – to emphasize the social significance of pedagogical work and to make teachers more secure. It will also reinforce norms that protect teachers from the “invalid in relation to them, behavior.”

Without the consent of their parents information about the child spread will be impossible.
