the jury has acquitted the former General Director of confectionery factory “Menshevik” Ilya Averyanov, reports the Agency “Moscow”.
He was charged in the murder of a security guard of the enterprise in 2017, committed to obstruct the work of bailiffs. Half the jurors agreed with the prosecution. Under the law, if the votes are equal the verdict is made in favor of the accused.
on this Basis, Averyanov was recognized as innocent of the crime and released from-under guards in a court hall. According to investigators, 27 December 2017 Averyanov, not wanting to allow the bailiffs on the territory of the factory, shot from a hunting rifle.
From the received wounds the security guard accompanying the representatives of a commercial organization, died on the spot. In addition, the investigators stated that in 2016 Averyanov during quarrel struck the man injuries, causing serious bodily injury.
