Turkey’s President Tayyip Erdogan suggested that the military of Russia and Syria, the strikes in Idlib province on civilians. About it reports TASS.
“I want to stress again that most of the attacks carried out by the regime (of Syrian President. – Approx. ed.) and Russia in Idlib aimed at civilians. Their mission is to completely liberate the territory,” – said the Turkish leader.
Erdogan expressed the opinion that from now on “attacking towns in Idlib aircraft will not be able to operate freely as it was before.”
Previously, he stated that Syria would pay a “very high price” for actions against Turkish soldiers.
February 10, it became known that the government forces in Damascus carried out the shelling of a Turkish observation object in Idlib. The attack killed five people.
the defense Ministry of Turkey stated that, in return, struck the 115 Syrian targets. It is argued that 101 soldiers “neutralized”, and destroyed three tanks and shot down the helicopter.
