DNR Authorities imposed a ban on entry into the territory of the Republic from Russia and the LC to all persons, except citizens and employees of international missions. This decree was issued, the head of DNR Denis Pushilin.
In the number of employees includes members of the OSCE monitoring mission, representatives of the International Committee of the red cross and UN in Ukraine.
Previously, the government DND has blocked the border with Ukraine because of the threat of the spread of coronavirus.
