the Investigative Committee was charged with bribery of a co-owner of the Kemerovo TC “Winter cherry” Vyacheslav Vishnevsky, who had previously been extradited to Russia, said the official representative of SK Svetlana Petrenko.
She noted that Wisniewski was charged under article 291 of the criminal code. In 2013-2014 Wisniewski gave a bribe of 7 million the chief of inspection of state construction supervision and inspection of the Kemerovo region, against which there is a criminal case. The bribe allowed Wisniewski to reconstruct the shopping center without a building permit which involves the installation of automatic sprinkler systems.
In 2018 in the shopping center “Winter cherry” was a fire that led to 60 dead, among them 37 children. Wisniewski himself disappeared and was engaged in construction business in Spain, using the time saved on the construction of the “Winter cherry” means.
