Claudia Norberg (49) is desperate. Her ex, pop singer Michael Wendler (47, “She loves the DJ”), will get married again. The engagement ring is already sparkling on the finger of his new love, Laura Müller (19). No problem for Norberg – if it weren’t for this uncertainty.
Michael Wendler, who was born Michael Skowronek, adopted her maiden name when she married Norberg in 2009. If the singer and his 28 year younger fiancee step before the altar, Laura Müller could soon become a Norberg. A no-go for the Wendler-Ex. On Instagram, the 49-year-old clears her worries – “out of sheer despair,” as she writes on a picture of her birth certificate.
“I would like to ask both of you not to transfer or use my maiden name ‘Norberg’ at the planned wedding,” she writes to the newlyweds in particular. The 49-year-old bears responsibility for the name and is “guilty of preventing her family from transferring the name to a person who is not ‘blood related'”. Norberg appeals to the moral of the two: “It would be very disrespectful to my late father and my family.”
