Home improvement, entrepreneur, social media star, web designer: Fynn Kliemann is a real all-rounder. With his second album “POP”, the 32-year-old is now starting in the Official German Charts.

The work, created within a year, the physical version of which was produced only once and the proceeds of which are partly donated to new artists, conquered the top of the hit list with fantastic sales figures. Kliemann can of course also look forward to a “Number 1 Award”.

Between Schlager and Deutschrap

With a total of 25 new entries in the current chart week everyone is guaranteed to get their money’s worth. Songwriter Reinhard Mey visits “Das Haus an der Ampel” (two) and presents his new songs in two different versions: sometimes with an ensemble, sometimes unplugged.

Superstar Lady Gaga has brought “Chromatica” (three) and is already putting her fifth album on the podium. Pop singer Lea clears up twice: As a member of the current “Sing mein Song” season, she is in fourth place with “Das Tauschkonzert, Vol. 7”, the winner of the previous week, while her own album “Stairway” debuts in fifth place .

Schlager fans can look forward to four top 10 performers: Roland Kaiser (“Everything or you”, back to six), Daniela Alfinito (“The big anniversary edition”, new to eight), Ramon Roselly (“A matter of the heart”, nine) and Matthias Reim (“30 years”, new on ten).

The Mercedes star plays a major role in the single charts. While he adorns the cover for Kalim & Ufo361 (“SKRR”, eight) and Gringo & Capital Bra (“Bam Bam”, 26), the new leaders AK Ausserkontrolle & Bonez MC (“In my Benz”) even have the car brand in integrated the title.

High entries are also possible for KC Rebell & Summer Cem (“Fly”, four), Shirin David (“Hoes Up G’s Down”, six) and Lea & Capital Bra (“7 hours”, ten).

This is how the charts are determined

The Official German Charts are determined by GfK Entertainment. They cover 90 percent of all music sales and are the central barometer of success for industry, the media and music fans.

The hit lists are based on the sales and usage data of 2,800 retailers in all sales channels. These include stationary retail, e-commerce providers, download portals and music streaming platforms.
