Charli XCX is surprised at how well she uses the time during the Corona curfew. The ‘Boom Clap’ singer is currently in Los Angeles, where she is busy working on her new album, provisionally titled ‘How I’m Feeling Now’.
Despite the unusual situation and the current crisis, the singer is making good progress. She is surprised at her own productivity, as she told the BBC: “I feel pretty good at the moment.”
“I enjoy not traveling”
And further: “I definitely have days when I think, ‘Oh my god, I feel so unproductive and lost’, but in general I’m pretty surprised at how well I use this time.”
This positive experience of working from home will surely also influence her work in the future, Charli continues: “Part of me thinks, ‘Why didn’t I make an album like this before?’ I enjoy not traveling and just concentrating on my music. I’ve never done that before, ”she admits.
