One by one the regions of Russia – from Moscow – imposed quarantine, which is officially called the universal regime of self-isolation. Candidates may not leave the house without a valid reason, a system of special passes to move around the city. And, in all probability, the citizens will be divided into several categories with different packages of rights, and the majority of the control over the undeclared quarantine will undertake a digital infrastructure. The meeting of the Presidium of the coordinating Council for the coronavirus under the RF government headed by Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, was held on 31 March and outlined some of the contours of our future life – at least for a few weeks.
