In 5 hours and 15 minutes in the morning 22 June 1941 the people's Commissar of foreign Affairs of the USSR Vyacheslav Molotov received German Ambassador count Friedrich Werner von der Schulenburg, handed over a Memorandum about the Declaration of war by Germany.
