US singer Ashlee Simpson (35, “Pieces Of Me”) and husband Evan Ross (31) brought a joyful message to their Instagram followers: “We are pregnant and are very happy to share this with everyone,” writes Ashlee Simpson in a post and adds “Baby # 3”. “Our family is growing, Ash and I can’t wait to get to know the newcomer,” added the father-to-be in a separate post, which he also posted. Both published a picture on which they hold the positive pregnancy test smiling at the camera. The couple is expecting the second child together.
Ashlee Simpson already has daughter Jagger Snow (4) with Evan Ross, son of soul icon Diana Ross (76). The couple has been married since 2014. Her son Bronx Mowgli (11) came from her marriage to fall-out boy bassist Pete Wentz (40), who divorced in 2011. The musician had long wanted new talent, as a source recently revealed to the US magazine “People” .
In her post, the sister of Jessica Simpson (39) draws attention to the organization “March of Dimes”, whose aid fund supports the couple, said Simpson. “During this unprecedented period, we know that pregnant women may experience more stress. On her Instagram page you can see how ‘March of Dimes’ helps mothers and babies get the care they need now and in the future. ”
