According to him, in the near future, patients will sign an agreement on the mandatory installation of the mobile application “Social monitoring”. The document will stipulate that the application must be connected to the Internet and cellular networks, allowing to establish his whereabouts.

To register citizens will be required to enter a phone number and then a verification code, which will come at the specified number. To work with the application, the user will also need to add your picture.
