According to him, these people are advocating actions that can cause negative health effects.
“Therefore, such figures should have the same status as the “blue whales” (the group where teenagers were inclined to suicide. – Approx. ed.) are for kids any crap trying to promote the idea of suicide and so forth,” – said Milonov, the Agency “Moscow”.
He noted that these measures can bring positive result.
Milonov also said that abroad, such figures immediately would be punished.
March 30, Sergei Sobyanin said that in Moscow the system of control over adherence isolation is planning to launch by the end of the week. He stressed that owing to the developed system of government will be able to fully control the movement of citizens in the city and to effectively work with violators of the regime.
Sobyanin also stressed that the soon to be adopted Federal law which will allow to work more actively on this issue. He added that the decisions taken at the Federal level, the measures allowed the authorities to radically strengthen measures of self-isolation.
In Moscow from March 30 there are restrictions on movement around the city. From the apartment you can go only in cases of emergency medical aid and other direct threats to life and health, commuting (if required). Also to get out of the house it is possible to make purchases from the store or pharmacy. Allowed the walking of Pets at a distance not exceeding 100 meters from the residence.
