The award-winning series “Big Little Lies” takes place in June in the second season (here on Sky). At the Premiere in New York, all the main actors gave the honor – more girl power is hardly possible. As with the Stars of the first season – Reese Witherspoon (43), Nicole Kidman (51), Shailene Woodley (27), Laura Dern (52) and Zoë Kravitz (30) – beamed Meryl Streep (69) to the bet.
Hollywood’s Grande Dame also plays in the new episodes Mary Louise Wright, the mother of Perry Wright, Alexander Skarsgård (42, “True Blood”) embodied. The native Swede was at the premiere party also present. As before, it is not clear whether he will be seen in the second season again. His character died in the series. In the flashbacks with his mother, he could show up again.
