Urban planning and land Commission of Moscow under the leadership of Sergey Sobyanin will hold an auction for the right to free development of land in the district of Novo-Peredelkino. This was reported at the end of the meeting.
the Area that will be auctioned, is located at the address: street 6-I New Gardens, possession 1-1. The site area is 0.15 hectares. Under the terms of the auction the winner will receive the right to construction of the building is a multifunctional complex with a cinema.
we are Talking about the structure above 20 metres and with an area of 2.3 thousand square meters. The complex can accommodate businesses of trade and services, food and medical organizations.
Earlier it was reported that multifunctional complexes will be built in the transport hubs (TPU) “Ryazan”, “Maple Boulevard” and “South-East”. The cost of facilities varies from 68,9 to 179,3 million rubles.
