As the two said at the beginning, they received a call on Wednesday from the ProSieben headquarters in Unterföhring near Munich, whether they could possibly forego their profit. RTL would have added a Corona special to the program at the same time and they wanted to respond appropriately. Joko and Klaas insisted on their own statements for their 15 minutes, but decided at short notice for a “ProSiebenRTLspecial”. In concrete terms, this meant that the two simply filmed the current RTL program, showed it on ProSieben and had a chat.
Both Joko and Klaas were apparently aware of the explosiveness of the whole campaign. It is actually theft what you are doing here, said Joko. You will get into trouble, but don’t deal with it now, Klaas noted. However, the moderator duo did not finally clarify whether the multiple-ringing telephone really has to be the responsibility of ProSieben station manager Daniel Rosemann (40), who wanted to reach the two live.
