the hotline on issues of coronavirus in Moscow received more than 40 thousand applications for social services. This was announced by Deputy mayor for social development Anastasia Rakova.
“We have established a single hotline where you can turn on individual questions. Over the past week, she received more than 40 thousand calls. Most people seek to buy and deliver food, medicine, walk the dog,” explained the representative of the municipality.
Rakova said that now in Moscow there is a network of volunteers and social workers. In this regard, the authorities banned visits to elderly relatives and ask them to order everything they need remotely.
At the moment we know that people over 65 and people suffering from chronic diseases, must comply with the home mode from 26 March to 14 April. To seek help, it is enough to call by phone 8 (495) 870-45-09.

Residents of Moscow can leave the apartment if they need to walk the dog, empty the trash or get to work. It is necessary to keep distance with other people in 1.5 meters.
In recent days, Russia has recorded 303 cases of infection with coronavirus in 35 regions. 212 of them are in Moscow. Thus, on the territory of the Russian Federation total was 1,836 people infected with COVID-19.
