the text of the amendments to the administrative violations Code States that the penalty for citizens whose actions during the quarantine pose a danger to others, equal to the sum of from 15 to 40 thousand rubles. For officials it is from 50 to 150 thousand rubles.
the Maximum penalty is equal to a million rubles. This penalty also applies to legal persons, whose actions led to someone’s death.
meanwhile, if the breaking of quarantine was infected, and another person had died, the penalty for ordinary citizens will be from 150 to 300 thousand rubles. For officials it will be from 300 to 500 thousand.
“Now our main goal is to be proactive and to minimize the spread of the virus,” — said Mishustin in the meeting with Deputy Prime Ministers. The amendment has been approved by the Cabinet.
