the Russian Government propose to give the right in case of emergency or in the event of threats of diseases, dangerous to others, to impose restrictions for 90 days for sale of medical products. This is stated in the explanatory Memorandum to the bill that the Cabinet submitted to the state Duma, reports the Agency “Moscow”.
As specified, this applies to the wholesale and retail sectors.
the bill says that the Cabinet will be empowered to set a special order of registration and circulation of medicines and medical products intended for use in war, disaster, disaster prevention, prevention and treatment of diseases that may pose a danger to others.
According to the authors of the document, the bill will protect citizens from the spread of the coronavirus in the territory of Russia will support the interests of subjects of entrepreneurial and other economic activities.
